I’m going to listen and write as my mind reflects…

How do you name the nameless?
Name less and feel the unity of all.

God is Love. Love is God.  Two of the most common names of the nameless one.

One way I have recently seen this idea:

• The whole universe is one being, one energy, we can call that one being God. So everything in the universe is this one God energy.  This means we, you and I, are physical “human” manifestations of this god energy. To put it bluntly, We are God, We are Love, We are nameless one. God experiencing our Self.

• If this unified oneness is truly the case then why do we feel so separated as human beings. Separate from God and all creation. But worst of all, we feel separated form each other.  I believe that this downfall of separateness is also one of our greatest gifts. We are essentially the separators, or the reflectors, or in quantum physics, the observers.  We are duality beings (you and I) inside of a single being universe (God), all one being, I’ll call it “The IGodUs”. The 2 inside of the 1, if you will. This separation is the grand illusion.  Separation is illusion,unity is truth.

• I believe this is the “awakening” that Eckhart speaks of. We are remembering that we are god, all of us as one being. We become this by releasing the mind, to be no-mind, or no judgment (which the mind creates).  The mind has been a great tool for human survival and growth, the mind is truly a beautiful thing.  Now we are learning to turn off (or quiet) the mind. We are returning to being (or stillness), this is our evolutionary step.

• I would like to be the first to say to you, “What up God? Nice to see you.  Thank you for being you!”.

While listening to Eckhart speak on conciousness I saw it visually in four steps, or 4 degrees:

1. First, the automatic mind. (Unconsciousness) Everything is running on autopilot, all is reaction and the ego is completely dominant. You don’t even know weather you have a choice or not,  it’s just what you do or what you “are.”
2. Second, mind awareness. (Aware of Consciousness) This is where you are aware that you have a mind, that you are separate from your mind, that you are watching your mind, but you still run predominantly on autopilot. You are aware of your mind but it’s still in control.
3. Third, the awake consciousness, or what I call conscious light. (Consciousness) This is where you are detached from the mind, you can watch the mind and make a deliberate decision.  You may choose to stay on the same path as the autopilot, but the difference is with the choice to do so.  This is the level where innovation happens.  Your light is on, you are fully present and choosing your destiny.
4. Fourth and ultimate state, no-mind (or full mind) consciousness.(Pure Being) This is experiencing without judgment. This is being, being in the now.

Well, I kinda went off on some tangents but hey, it was a nice session.
